Shari's

The manager, Tim at the Lacey WA. location, was very attentive to his duties and helped his employees when things got busy. He is one of the best managers I have ever seen. I would recommend sending him to Eugene. We have three Shari's in Eugene and non of their managers even meet his quality of service. Great man. Hope he stays close to the people and makes great use of his interpersonal skills. WE WANT HIM IN EUGENE, OR!!!!!

I had to ask for the counter to be cleaned up from a previous customer. It was then cleaned properly.

Our server, Shayne, was very friendly,checked back often and did her best to help in any way she could.

We enjoyed a delicious Mother's day breakfast today and I want to express how satisfied I am with the service. Our server, Chandra, was so polite and courteous. The Manager at this Olympia restaurant (#165) is always responsive and good to his employees. The rose added when finished was an excellent touch!!

This Shari's has the best wait staff and manager. They are very pleasant and helpful. We prefer the morning staff as they have been there many years and have gotten to know us. When we go in the afternoon or evening we see new people. They are fine, but we feel more at home with the morning staff.

Greeted by Manager and seated ASAP on a busy Mothers Day. Friendly staff called me by name and service was quick and everything was as ordered with a smile even tho they were extremely busy.

The staff was outstanding and the service was top notch!!! Renee was on point throughout the evening. Erika was so pleasant to the peeps. I really enjoy Erika with her magnificent smile that goes from ear to ear!!!
