We had a good visit to your restaurant

I go to the Lacey Shari's about once a month for breakfast by myself or with my boyfriend, and maybe 2 other times during the year for a lunch or dinner with family. The staff is ALWAYS friendly. The service is always excellent. Sometimes we have to wait a little to be seated... even when there are plenty of open tables and hardly anyone waiting but the wait staff is always so unbelievably helpful and friendly I'll let that slide.

The teamwork from dishwasher all the way up to manager was great to see

Plenty of coffee and it was HOT. Pecan cinnamon roll is super great

Donna was our waitress, always prompt and brings coffee to us right away. She is very friendly and asks how we are doing. Food is always delicious, although it could of been a slight warmer today, Sunday. Very busy at Sharis on Martin Way in Olympia. Tim Wines is a great Manager !!

The #1 reason we like this Shari's is because of the Manager. From greeting us, checking us in, and helping the gal who had a question in ringing up our bill, he is always there to help with a friendly attitude.

I like their food and it is a quiet place to visit with others that are with you. The last time I was there the waitress was slow at first but I understood that she was busy with another table of people. She apologized for the slowness and I accepted the apology.

The service is always good and the food is excellent.

I noticed right away how friendly and helpful your employee's were. The gentleman helping me had a wonderful smile. I seldom feel so welcome and receive such service!
