Took over 30 min to get our food. My food was just warm tasted good though. Wifes food was hot.

Food was okay. It took a considerable amount of time to get our food. A little pricy.

I ordered 2 pies to take home for a party that night. When I got home one pie was right other one was not the one I ordered. We live 1 hour away so I couldn't return it.

There was a line waiting to be seated and there was no one at the register for over 5 minutes.. Pancake was overdone but tasted ok.

I was satisfied with our service and meal overall. My only real complaint, which was not a big deal was the fact that my sandwich was dry. When we visit, we NEVER get out for under 50 bucks. We can go anywhere and eat, but we choose your restaurant for convenience. We are a foster family. We have anywhere from 3 to 6 children when we show up. Your staff has never let us down, in fact, one particular waitress waits on us 98% of the time. The children we bring "usually" don't have much in the way of manners, however, they learn them quick with us. Our children are introduced to "the real world", and expected to act a certain way. We enjoy the atmosphere, and your staff enjoys NOT having a bunch of screaming brats running around like heathens..... and so do we. We are a family who cares about our future generations....even if their parents don't, or don't know any better.

I couldn't get the piece of pie I wanted because it "was frozen."

It was more of the clientele, and not the restaurant itself. There were a couple of families with unruly children, this of course could not be helped by the Sharis staff. In fact, our waitress seated us as far away as available from the families.

We came at a time of low attendance; the waitress allowed 3 customers to pay in front of seating us - 2 of whom were not even standing up when we walked to the counter. Food was in wrong order (onion rings AFTER salad/soups) and long long waits between each step. they had a full crew it seemed but just ignored us....

Took 40 minutes to get our food after ordering it.
