The staff never smiles. Bordering on unfriendly. The restaurant was not clean. The carpet was cluttered with debris and look like it needed to be cleaned. Stocking materials were sitting on the table right up front

First of all associates were great especially server Melissa. I ordered 1/2 half sandwich but the bread was dry, tasteless and old. However the service rendered made the difference.

Unhappy to learn that Tim, who has been the manager for many years, was no longer there. Staff seemed reluctant to discuss ths circumstances.

Center cut strip steak was terrible. Calling it shoe leather would insult shoes. Unbelievable!

My wife and I both ordered cheeseburgers. We waited every bit of 30/40 minutes before the burgers got to our table. The restaurant was modestly busy from what I could tell. I believe that the wait staff may have been shorthanded but can't be for sure. If they were in fact short it would have been nice to have been given a heads up about the issue.

Husbands eggs were not done to his liking.

It was a fine restaurant , but the price for an omelet was $11 it was OK over all

I miss Tim the manager that is normally there. Our waitress was super nice and fast. The food took forever to come from the kitchen. Normally we do not have any problems, we go every Sunday after church.

toast was so cold it would not melt butter. Steak was tough (this is the first time my steak has been tough, and I eat a lot of steak at Sharis

the o.j. was really watery and the waitress was very nice about it and offered to take it off of our bill. The table did not have any sweetener in the container and I mentioned it to the hostess but the manager had also said something to the waitress and he seemed unnecessarily grumpy about it. I just mentioned it to the wrong person. the maple syrup was sweet but had no maple taste. The salad and breakfast foods were excellent in all respects. the staff was very helpful when we asked about the great salad dressing. we bought some and we were told where we could find it at another location. great breakfast! Great waitresses!
