Cleanliness was far below what I expect in a restaurant. Our table had grease and jelly stuck to it; the floor was not clean; papers on the floor in the galley area; the restroom was very unpleasant.

The blackened prime rib was not blackened proper. The seasoning was dumped on top where I had to remove it with a spoon. The seasoning was covering my vegs and most of the plate. the cook needs to learn to apply seasoning properly and allow for the black top to do the work not dump seasoning to make it look blackened.

Odered bacon eggs hashbrowns and toast..asked for bacon and hashbrowns to be crispy. Got the order and bacon was burnt hashbrowns not at all crispy and no butter on the toast..also i have had strong coffee and I drink it black but the coffee we got was also burnt in taste..

The food was good, the steak was cooked awesomely...it was just on the small side. There were tables that we're "just emptied" but dirty and utensils on the floor. The staff was friendly and the food was hot and tasty.

Karen the hostess was awesome, very welcoming & friendly. Our waitress was Renee, was good. However, I was very disappointed in the peach ice tea. It had very very little taste, just barely could tell it was peach.

Have visited many different Shari's and this was the first time at #165. Seemed to take a little longer to get our food even though it did not seem busy. The Pot Roast was a little dry and not a lot of gravy to use on th potatoes. Taste was also a little pland. I will be going back to my local here in Port Orchard.

I ordered the Mexican skillet, my toast was late, and also the dish didn't come with the salsa & sour cream,, waitress had to make a special trip for the condiments.

I think they had one waitperson less.

coffee urn needed refilled.

I ordered end cut of Prime Rib They brpight me inside cut instead with lots of fat and grisol. I refused it.
