Shari's

New menus were provided. After review we noticed many ordinary items were no longer offered, such as honored breakfast choices and standard breakfast items such as french toast or pancakes. We mentioned it to the server and she said they took many choices off and walked away. I wanted to discuss it to clarify but couldn't. At checkout I started to raise the menu issue again but got interrupted, so no resolution. We eat there frequently because of the choices and prices but are reconsidering.

As I understand it, the staff had been severly cut and ther was noone in charge of welcoming patrons and getting them seated. We have been coming to this particular Shari's for quite some time and this was a definite change in procedure. A welcomer at the arrival is as important as the front dek at a hotel and sets the mood for the rest of the contacts.

It took too long to be seated - the waitresses seemed to be overwhelmed with customer requests paying at the register

This Sharis seems to be always undermanned. Our wait person (Shayne) was running herself ragged trying to keep up. She did a great job but the entire place seemed to be running behind...Kudos to Shayne....

Most everything was good. My sandwich was very dry, so I ask for a cup of au jou. After about 15 minutes, my sandwich was getting cold. I ask again. A different waitress says oh sorry..it will be right out. My company had finished her entire meal before my dipping juice arrived and my meal was cold. :( It ruined my meal. I am not usually a complainer. I at it and left.

Shari's is not a Class A restaurant. It is not expected to be.

The vegetables were very tough and rubbery. The salad was not ice burg lettuce as I prefer

they were very busy and as a result very slow

seated next to large family with noisy young children.

Restaurant was quite busy, we understand that could be a problem as there are more customers than regular.
