I absolutely loved our waitress Janice. She was attentive and thorough. She made sure our food was delivered promptly and our water for our hot tea was hot and filled. She was pleasant and checked in on us at just the right amount. However, as soon as I saw my bill and noticed that Shari's charged $2.49 for hot water and a tea bag, I got upset. The price is absolutely ludicrous. Are you aware that a single tea bag costs 0.04 cents? You charge 62 times the cost of a tea bag! I haven't checked the cost of your other beverages, but you can bet darn well that a drink purchase will never be made by me or my family again. I will also make sure to spread the word with my friends and coworkers as well. Just because that price is SO darn ridiculous.

Took a longer than normal time to be seated. Person at cash registered ignored our presence and then walked away. She came back shortly and seated us, but she should have at least said something acknowledging us at the beginning. Food delivery also took longer than previously experienced. food

I'm completing this survey as a result of the manager, James, at the Shari's on Pacific & College in Lacey, WA. I was there with a friend last Sunday evening and unknowingly left my wallet which had dropped down between the bench seat cushion and the bench seat back. The manager found it while cleaning today (Thursday) and took it upon himself to find my contact information and to give me a call to let me know that he found my wallet. I was surprised to learn that I had left it there since I didn't need it since Sunday. And I was surprised that all of my cash, my driver license, and credit cards were all there. I thanked James when I arrived and gave him a reward (which he said was not necessary, but I insisted). I appreciate his integrity and the effort he took to notify me.

Our waitress was great! unfortunately my friends burger was a little over charred for her liking. But once we notified the waitress of the problem she took it off of our bill. My friend didn't eat her burger and the waitress offered her a remake but my friend was not interested which is why we were not charged for it. The waitress was the only server and had to manage between many tables. Her name is Christine as she did great handling all the tables and the other very needy customers. We will be back!

My Country fried steak was very overdone and hard to cut with my knife.

The price was fair. The oatmeal breakfast was super delicious, but took too long for my food to arrive at the counter.

Booth space was too small making it uncomfortable. Table was bent down toward the floor.

Went in for the add item it was just ok for taste and fish a little over over cooked.
