Shari's

The server was quite busy & when our food was served, I wanted condiments, but she had already turned & left the table. We got some from the servers' station on our own so no problem. Not the usual @ Shari's, but it was a busy Wednesday!

Went to the bathroom and a staff member came in shortly after.. she used bathroom and walked out without washing her hands... unfortunately I was already done eating my food... disgusting

They are getting too pricey!

The attendant did not come back to our table to ask if anything else was needed. I was out of water and found it necessary to get up and go to the counter for a refill of my water glass.

I was not dissatisfied. I come to this Shari's every time I am in the area on business for almost every evening meal. I do not have a good reason I did not select Highly Satisfied. Maybe because I eat at a Shari's often enough it is starting to seem like home.

Very long wait to be seated or acknowledged, long wait for food, tables too close together,

Portion size too small for the price charged. You should also go back to using iceberg lettuce for your salads rather than "mixed greens".

Well, highly satisfied is an extreme opinion; we were satisfied with our experience today and intend to stop by again when in the area.

Good selection of food.

Last year the food was great, but on three occasions in the past month, it is as if you had fired the good cook. The restaurant was extremely cold where we were seated last night and also about a week ago. Had been favorite restaurant here.
