Waffle was under cooked. Doughy. Probably should have sent it back. Ordered eggs over easy. Came sunny side up. This was not a big deal.

The vegetables on the salmon dinner was cold. Salmon was slightly warm. Asked that the food be given some heat. It was done in good fashion.

Seating host was rude when I asked gor a table instead of a booth. One dish looked like it was just reheated. The soup plate had soup slopped over both sides. Waitress was not helpful nor friendly. One waitress sat at a gathering booth and drank coffee. Very unprofessional staff.

Once my family was ready to order, the waitress had only just come back to take our drink orders, after we had told her our drink order we started to order our food and she said, "Well hold on let me first get your drinks" in a little bit of a nasty tone. My 5 year old was interested in what her badge said and she was not friendly and told my daughter her name and then walked away as my daughter asked her another question.

long wait for everything & very few customers in the building

Not a problem about the food. I called to order an apple pie to go. Had a hard time understanding the lady on the phone, but got the pie ordered. When I went to pick it up, the cashier was busy helping another party check out, and they ordered 2 pieces of pie to go. Two other wait persons asked if they could help me, and when I said I was there to pick up a pie, they said I had to wait for the cashier. The cashier was very nice but very slow. There ended up being 4 parties waiting to check out and two parties waiting to be seated before any other staff members came to help. Then instead of asking who was first, the staff just took the people standing closest to the front. The rest of us just looked at each other and shook our heads. You have great food, but not such good service...at least at that particular visit. Also, for the price, the pie was very small. I could have gotten one twice as big and less money at Costco.

We had to ask three times for my wife's drink and the waitress dis not seem to happy with us each time. The appetizer arrived just a couple of minutes before the main dish. The vegetables were cold and I left them and the coupon listed 15 side dish and we were only told around six of them. My wife did not get her garlic toast she ordered.

We seen the dishwasher who was picking up the dishes picking his nose and he drop dishes . And while waiting for refills our server I think her name was Chandra was on her phone while we were waiting. I don't think I will be back for awhile

Told only one cook, so took forever for food. Seems like portion of fish got smaller.
