Waited 10 minutes after we were seated to get drinks. The floor was filthy with wrappers and bits of food. Our servers shirt was very dirty with food on it.

Took too long to be greeted, and when we were, it was short and almost "bothersome". We ordered the prime french dip. The sandwich itself was great. The Au Jus was MILDLY warm, and bland. Had good flavor, just not salty enough for our taste. Almost tasted as though it was watered down.

My breakfast meal arrived not warm. I asked the matitress Donna , who was very nice, professional and kind to return it. When she brought it back the pancake was over-cooked ruberry and meal wasn't really hot. The cook should have made fresh pancakes. the hash browns were over cooked too. The restauarnt wasn't busy so what's wrong with the cooks attitude. I don't blame the waitress(gave her a tip) I have been a waitress and I didn't want Donna to yell at the cook and he get mad at her. Management needs to talk to the cook and remind him that everyone should be a team. I lost my appetite and returned the meal. I will go back after a while but if the cook is making meals like that you will loose a lot of business & get a bad reputation. I will never order a breakfast there again. We bought a great pie!

The place seems disjointed for the last couple of months. The servers look stressed and the servers (when there is one) look unhappy. I actually saw a server cooking her food in the back and then serving it. My food was cold. The pancakes could not even melt the butter on it. I sent it back and got much smaller pancakes back and they tasted rubbery like when you microwave them. The rest of my food looked as if the person did not have time to even cut the sausage for the skillet. All the pieces were still stuck together. My server apologized several times. The lady at the front desk looks very unhappy all the time and is not the nicest. There use to be some very friendly people at the desk and would get people on the list for seats right away. Now she seems put out when she has to do it.

Hasbrowns and bacon were undercooked. Slow service and the taste of the food was not good. Our server was super nice but she disappeared a lot and forgot to bring things to us; hot sauce, to go containers...

Bacon was undercooked - looked to be raw on the ends. Bacon was tough and hard to chew. French toast was cold and dry. At check out staff person didn't ask if I was a Shari's club member and when I asked her if I had gotten credit she said no because I didn't tell her and it was too late to give it to me. She was pretty flippant about it and didn't really seem to care.

Our order took to long to be served. The order was cold. The server offered to Have them nuke it or remake it. We resevered order was wrong and sever said the cook told her it was fine. We asked for an extra plate and sever tossed it at us. Food prep was disgusting. Others people while we were leaving we upset with service too.

My husband and I was deciding whether to go to Denny's or Sharis, obviously we went with Sharis because of our experience the first time we ate here. This time was a horrible decision. We got inside, not even greeted and no hostess to sit us down. The front desk phone rang and the manager/supervisor answered it, when he hung up, he acknowledged our presence and asked if it was just for two. He started looking for seats, I asked if we could get a booth and in return he replied "that's what I'm trying to do" with attitude. When we were seated there was a bad smell and the table next to us was not cleaned and looked like it was sitting there for awhile and was not cleaned the whole time of our stay. Our server, however, was great, she had good customer service and was quick and knowledgeable. The food was not hot, both for me and my husband, it did not taste fresh. I had the chicken alfredo which was absolutely bland, at least the garlic flat bread made it a little better. My husband had the pot roast and the mashed potatoes sucked!

When arrived, we were seated at a table. Our flatware was a fork. Spoon and knife were asked for. Waitress did not keep up with kitchen. Food could be seen in window, barely warm when it arrived at table. When the waitress asked if there was anything else she could do, we said no thank you, she grunted back at us. Observed manager seating two guests at a table without silverware or napkins. Guests got up and relocated themselves at table next to them with tableware and napkins. Generally staff appeared not to be motivated. Sunday morning service time, because of delays, customers were starting to queue at the door. Food was barely warm when received, omelet appeared to be over cooked (well brown on bottom of omelet). No ask to refill hot water for tea, or iced tea while at the table.
