As our waitress retrieved our order and attempted to bring it to our table the cook yelled at her across the restaurant "HEY BRING THAT BACK HERE" I found this severely unprofessional and uncalled for. Not only did it disrupt the entire restaurant but it made it so that all we could think about the entire time was what he had done. This could severely dampen the tips received by your wait staff and keep you from having return customers.

As stated in the survey, it must have been a bad day for the waitress. She seemed "preoccupied" and in a hurry. There were 3 meals on our ticket, one of which was a child's meal. She totally fowled that up and was not real happy about having to have it re-done. We tried to get her attention to keep the plate, but she stormed off in a hurry. Overall, we were not really happy about our experience, although it probably will not stop us from coming back.

It started with poor service in order taking. The waitress was working the other side of the restaurant and we were the only ones on the far side so she was not very attentive to us. After placing our order the two orders have been combined. I ordered the chicken fried steak which was extremely small and overcooked and cold when I receive it. My wife had ordered the Alaskan Amber beer battered fish which was 3 small pieces. She had ordered the upgrade size expecting at least four pieces for the price differential. We had a shrimp upgrade for $4 that was small in proportion size and the shrimp is not the same as it used to be. Our waitress never returned to our table to see if we wanted more drinks or anything else until she brought us the check. Overall not a very good experience.

The manager Tim Wines came out to get some paper work seen us and came over and greeted us and ask how we were doing, but that was the extent of friendliness. The waitress(Donna) acted as if we inconvenience her by have to take our order and I had to ask a 2nd time for a glass of water, the assistant manager was on the floor but she was to busy putting up decorations to worry about the customers. We have never been treated so bad or the food has never been so bad in all the times we have been there. We paid our bill and left with a request to have the survey slip.

Brought our 8 yr old grand daughter in for her birthday dinner. She was excited to be bringing her grandparents to her favorite places for a bday celebration. She saw the guy next to us get sang to with a lit candle and was excited for her turn. We had to order her a sundae and pay for it. No one came to sing and I had to ask for a candle. She brought one but no match. No song no nothing and Ruby went home very sad. I am just mortified at 235225 Renee's disregard for a little girls feelings.

The vegetables were cold, the meat was not cooked well, the waiter/server that helped us was very nice and friendly - we enjoyed the service from Renee. The manager checked on us for the order, and was not very friendly like Renee. Our check was priced wrong - which we did not realize until we got home. One of the items we ordered was steak and scampi special for 14.99 - later reviewing the check they charged us extra for the shrimp. The side salad was small and overpriced for 8 bites of lettuce. Renee was the best part, and the nice other customer that was visiting with us. When the other customer was speaking with us the manager came over and interrupted - asking the other customer to leave our table. I thought that was kinda rude of the manager.

I visited this location a couple of months ago and saw that the Chef Salad was no longer on the menu. The server said they could still make me one. It was Great! This time, I requested that and was brought a Cobb Salad. When I said it was not what i ordered, the Server told me it wasn't on the menu and asked me what she could bring me to make it what I wanted. As I was hungry & with a friend, I left it as it was and ate it.

Got order wrong, waitress was very indifferent and it took too long to get the correct food. My companion was finished when my correct food arrived. Waitress seemed to ignore us. Hubby's sandwich was bland.

No maranara sauce & no tomatoe soup

The server was dirty no socks blue jeans clothes were disgusting she seemed like she was on drugs couldnt be still or focus on anything I belive her name was Shayne dissapointed a family establishment would except this type of performance
