Shari's

I ordered prime rib because I love it and it looked fabulous on the menu. I ordered it med rare, it was well done...it was thinner than almost any cut of meat I've ever had and it was not herb crusted....the waitress was very nice and took it back.... it came back looking exactly the same....it was very thin, not herb crusted, but it was pink inside....I'm sorry but this was one of the worst meals I've ever had, and definitely the worst prime rib meal ever.

Ordered biscuits and sausage gravy. Order arrived with ONLY gravy; not one piece of sausage. When we mentioned it to the waitress, she looked surprised. She took the plate away. When she returned it was the SAME plate, the same serving with several pieces of sausage added. She explained that some sausage had to be cooked. I don't understand why the cook would send it out like that, why the waitress didn't notice it and why it wasn't properly re-made to order. I was a Shari's fan until this episode.

Ordered the Potatoe Cake Sand. It was too greasy, ask for napkins to wipe grease in plate. . Ended not being able to eat it all. Stomach upset from all the grease. A trip to Bathroom for my upset stomach. Will not order it again. This was my first time to try it.

of the 4 orders at our table, there were two fish and shrimp orders, one fish and chips, and one shrimp Alfredo. The fried shrimp was hard, and burned. At 6 pm that was the last of the shrimp and could not be replaced. The cod on the 3 orders was rubbery and not hot. The manager brought us more cod and although it was hot, it too was rubbery. The fries were hot and tasty. My wife's shrimp Alfredo was prepared properly and tasty. One out of 4 meals was fine. Not a very good average. The manager took $4.00 off each of the shrimp and cod. The fish and chips was full price although she could not eat the cod due to the quality of the fish. I have been going to this restaurant for years, but I believe this was my last visit as the quality of the food has been deteriorating while the prices have been going up.

I just think it's very un professional for our server to talk about her personal life at work, where the whole restaurant can hear. Also I noticed the food we had order sat up there while she was talking to the cooks, then walked away. The other server offered to take it out. But she said no it's not done. Our food was also not prepared correctly I had asked for stuffed hashbrowns, they gave me fries. They fixed it. But I was still upset. The over all visit was unsatisfying.

Ignored me when o walked in the door. Got my drink order wrong even when I reminded her which soda ordered. Didn't offer me dessert just gave me the check and left. Didn't offer a box for my left overs.

1) Upon entry, there were 4 waitresses at register, yet they all scattered away while we waited even longer to be seated. 2) Afterwards, I waited quite awhile for cashier to take pymt. 3) Cashier/waitress got manager to come out to do it because she was TOTALLY ALONE with 7 occupied tables to serve, me trying to pay, and 2 people waiting to be seated. 4) When manager appeared, she reeked of cigarette smoke. Otherwise, everything inbetween was great.

Did not have fries, fried chicken, other foods available.

There were only 2 workers. There were 6 people in front of me waiting to be seated. I waited 15 to 20 min before I was helped. When we got home 5 min away our food was all cold. We were on time to pick up our food but the wait was not good.

eh. cream cheese pie should be year-round. :(
