Waiter was incredibly pushy and rude. We waited 15 mins from time we were sat until we were greeted by him. He pushed to order Right then so he "didnt have to come back twice". When we were greeted at walk in we were told just to find our seats and had menus thrown at us. No how are yous or any friendly chatting at all. Threw the menus in our faces and walked away. The didnt get all the food that we ordered. For example I asked for tator tots instead of fries, still got fries. Okay fine it happens I ate them anyway. My husband ordered a Bavarian amd didnt get the roast beef on it at all or the pickles that were suppose to be on it. I had a total of 10 fries for my side of fries...when we needed refills the waiter helped tables around us. Cleary loomed at our tables (which we put empty cups at the edge of table so he could see.) We still waited 20 mins not even for the drinks but just for him to come to the table and only after my husband flagged him down. He left the table rolling his eyes and sighing. To get our food was about 45 mins. We will never be back to this location or any others. Server Justin B should rethink his customer service career.

The time to get seated eat and check out to pay was over 2.5 hours! The Manager Andy was horrible and not helpful. She got mad at me after I confronted her it was over 45 minutes trying to check out and she started slamming things. There were other customers walking out without paying because they couldn't get the register right. There were many people waiting also a long while getting frustrated. She cant run the restaurant well and we will NEVER GO BACK! I don't need her getting mad at me because I have been trying to pay my bill for nearly an hour and she didn't know what to do. I don't have all night to eat at Sharis while they try to figure out their problems. I will be taking my valuable time and money to IHOP where they get it right every time with awesome service.

My 3 friends and I went to take advantage of your Friday Prime Rib special (starts at 4pm) and the 2 for $25 offer and we arrived at 4:08pm. 2 of us ordered the prime rib which was lukewarm (closer to cold) but we were afraid to send back because of horror stories we always hear about returning food. 4 of us wanted the baked potato with our dinner which at 4:30pm, we were told they just went into the oven and would not be cooked for another hour. I stated the special offers started at 4pm, why were the baked potatoes not already available at that time and even at 4:30pm, with no real explanation other than the cook forgot to bake them. I have been to Sharis many times over the month and this was the worse experience so far.

The Senior steak for a few dollars less was so small and well done, not made to what was ordered medium. Also had to ask for the rolls

Waited too long to be greeted, seated & served.was brought the wrong soup and didn’t get it right until after my meal was served. Food was cold and meat under cooked not served with steak knife

The worst part is the waitress(Christina, redhead) stood at the food counter, took off her shoe, scratched her foot, put her shoe back on, mind you, she had her hands all over the filth from the floor, went in the back to get food and NEVER washed her hands. DISGUSTING, that is a major health issue, and I will be contacting the health dept. The seating we were at stunk like mold, the waitress Christina was really struggling to take care of one table, she never came back to check on us, the chicken fried steak I had, it made me sick the next day, it tasted nasty like bleach. The dishwasher even commented to the other waitresses as to why Christina struggles so hard to even take care of one table. That meal was not worth the $26.63 I spent. I have had better T.V. dinners than that. Never again.

I have been going to our local Shari's Restaurant for decades and have highly recommended it to others. That is no longer the case. Ever since the change in management, our dining experiences have been poor. The bottom line is clearly due to under staffing, from the cooks to the servers. This has a ripple effect starting with long wait times to be seated while numerous booths and tables sit empty but not yet cleared. Once seated, it can take quite awhile before your order is taken and with tremendous backups with the orders coming out of the kitchen it is a long wait time for your meal. My sister and I waited for 40 minutes today from the time we ordered until we got our food. This is NOT due to the servers. They are working fast and furious and stressed due to the ridiculous demands put on them. There were only two cooks most of the time we were there and one was a trainee. The servers had to repeatedly wait for orders to be prepared accurately, often reminding the cooks of missing items or needing items to be switched out. Sitting at the counter allowed us to observe this chaos. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

The food was cold. The vegies were overcooked, cold and bitter. The potatoes were cold even though the gravy was warm.

waitress was rushing us. seemed not interested when dirty items were pointed out to her, she removed them without comment, or apology

The server took longer than expected to greet us and take our drink orders. When we received our food, one meal was cold and the other was over cooked. Server did not check on us about our food. She spent more time talking with another server about her night at the bar and being so drunk than paying attention to us. Upon check out, cashier did not ask about our experience or meal.
