1. Over cooked eggs after repeating over easy 3 times. 2. Ordered off of specials chart 9.99 charged 12.99 would not change. 3. HUGE Bug in salad, - server was like- whatever ! given another one that was wilted, I did not eat it.

Waitress was too busy flirting with male customers to get the order correct. Order was wrong. Asked for no whipped cream and was served with whipped cream. Scrapped off the berries and whipped cream. Added new COLD berries to the waffle. Why would you put frozen berries on a hot waffle? Why don't you warm the berries first?

My friends and I had a waitress named Alexis. She was very sarcastic and rude. my friends brought in drinks from a cafe shop. She said that if we didn't get rid of them then she would fine us 500$. When I asked what type of shakes you had in her rude condescending tone she said," are you seriously asking me that question?!" This spoiled my evening and you have now lost my business all thanks to Alexis.

ordered t bone steak' it was overcooked the plate was gresey talked to manager and he said it was cooked right. well it was full of grissel burnt on top and very dry

When I enter your restaurant (Lacey, WA), It took awhile for us to be seated. I also notice that the restaurant had alot of flies in the restaurant. I also, look at the appearance of the restaurant and notice that the Ceiling & Ceiling Frames and Ceiling Fans was disgustingly dusty. Their was dust over the fans, over the ceiling sprinkler system and all over the ceiling and ceiling frame. As well as the wallls and the windows was so very nasty. My concern was dust particle falling on my food or flies in my food. This is unacceptable and very sub standard appearance. I Highly recommend getting this fix before someone get sick from eating there.

Well I know it was Christmas, but the food was just not up to my standards....y'all need a new recipe for those biscuits that was served... not good at all! The gravy was a joke! Didn't look like gravy or taste like it.... my husband 's order he thought the country fried whatever you want to call it a joke! Now in writing all of this I've been to Shari's before and never had a problem but this time very disappointed!!! The server was okay.... I think her mind was somewhere else... but I guess I can understand that because it was Christmas. I asked for Tabasco sauce never got it, asked for some butter and jelly which came out in little serving bowls ... no choice of jelly ... etc... anyway I will not be going back.

I took my fiance to dinner at the same time that i entered the restaurant an elderly couple entered, they were seated seconds before us however i watched them as they ate their meal and desert while i was still waiting for my food. it took what felt like a lifetime to receive my food then not even 5min into my meal the server puts a check at my table. i find that to be extremely rude, then while I'm still chewing my food and have about half a 10oz New York steak on my plate the server makes an attempt at retrieving my plate. WORST service I've ever received here with this being the second issue at this facility i doubt ill ever go back.

Front staff was rude and unwelcoming. Our server was pleasant but no one else. Your pathetic little portion of jelly was mostly spilled on my eggs and food was lukewarm. I asked for a glass of ice water and received a glass half full with no ice and tasted like tap water. Women's bathroom was beyond disgusting with garbage cans overflowing including a bloody sanitary napkin in the floor.

food was undercooked or cold.

I stopped here to feed my 3 little girls. We were ignored by the hostess while she greeted 3 other groups, 2 were on their way out. Once seated, we gave our drink orders to the server. She brought back the tiny milkshakes that apparently were for children but never offered any water to our table. A large group came to sit behind us. we were completely ignored for the rest of our time. We had ordered our meals and my salad did not come until the meal came. The extras that my children ordered for their side dishes were never delivered. It took forever to get any service at all to get the missing items. 4 people were taking care of the table next to us while we were completely ignored. A meal that should have taken an hour from start to finish took over 2 hours just for them to make up the fact that they had forgotten the sides for my children then it took another 15 minutes just to get the check. I feel that they had no idea how to handle a small crowd and I witnessed other people in the restaurant getting frustrated with their cold food and lack of attention because of the large group.
