this is the second time that i have been dissatisfied at this Shari's. the service was extremely slow. the food tasted terrible. from what i could see this Shari's was way understaffed. from now on I'll be going to Ihop never again to ANY Shari's

Worst breakfast I have ever had in a restaurant. Eggs were raw on bottom, bacon had not been dried and was in a clump, not straight, plate was greasy. I had the runs for two days after eating there. Waitress was over worked, but when she did serve us she was inept, forgot things we asked for such as water. She was perpetually apologizing, but still did not perform. All of the service issues pale in comparison to the awful food preparation! Overall, restaurant was grubby, staff in kitchen apparently unskilled. This was at a time when very few other patrons were in the place. Not worthy of any return visit nor tip. Dave Grainger dgrainger@graingerandco.com

I had a wonderful time with my dining experience. I am confused at the meaning of this window. As far as I know I have clicked all positive remarks. If I do not go out to eat more than twice a month that does not mean I did not enjoy my service. This survey takes away from my positive experience with the fact that I cannot be honest about how much I eat out without it being a negative thing. I loved every aspect of eating at your restaurant and whatever corporate mucky mucks should learn to word their surveys better if they want customers to continue using them.

The waitress (server: 235699 Kelsie-3) was rude. I asked a question on price as I looked at the menu and she turned her back and walked away as she gave a guess as an answer. She only came by once to check up on us. When she did she asked how our desert was and turned her back before we could answer. Her as a server is the face of the company and makes the impression and this time for the first time ever it was just horrible. In addition to that she sat us at a table where the floor was wet, extremly dirty (my brother kicked papers from under the table), and sticky as well. How would I describe my overall experience today? I would have to say i left there in disgust at the lack cleanliness and care, and the horrible customer service . I ate there after all of this just because my family loves the desert other than that I was more than tempted to get up and leave.

Upon being seated at our table it took a while for our server Donna (server number 139650) to take our drink order. We placed our order for our food and it took a very long time until our food was brought to us, while tables surrounding ours got their food 15 to 20 minutes before we did and they were seated a while after us. Our order was not right. The waitress tried arguing with what was placed and was very rude. She did not once refill our drinks. Three kids eating their meal with an empty cup. The manager did a great job. Made the meal that was not included in the order and personally brought it to our table and apologized. We had to tell the waitress to fill our drinks as well. We've been to this Sharis before when it was busier than today and received better service. The waitress was very rude and unattentive. With 3 kids attentiveness is a must. This server personally ruined our experience at this location and will never go again.

We were seated quickly but waited at least 1/2 hour for food to arrive. One breakfast had been forgotten to be prepared as kitchen was "short staffed" and with waiting this long for food - when that meal came they had to eat really fast. Pancakes weren't done & bacon wasn't cooked well. No offer was made to compensate for the meal that arrived 10 minutes after the rest & bill was incorrect which I didn't notice till I got home.

My daughter ordered a New York Strip Steak and found a hair in it, after that she was not hungry and did not want anything else to eat. I ordered a 12 oz Prime Rib, Medium. The Prime Rib was WELL done, I sent it back and was told there was no more 12 oz Prime Rib available. They brought me the smaller size and again it was WELL done, not Medium.. I ate the Prime Rib, because by that time I was starving. Also, they brought me hash browns, when I had ordered a baked potato. The waitress did finally bring me a baked potato. The waitress & manager both apologized and took my daughters steak off the bill and a $10 credit as well and free dessert.

Nice friendly staff, meet in all my food and I'm a vegetarian and end up not eating over half my food. I also orders an orange juice I never received.

Service was the worst I have ever experienced at Shari's. Service was slow. Plate with food was dingy and did not appear to be clean. Soup was served after the main dish. After I asked about even getting served the soup, it was served without a spoon. I was seated in a location where I could see behind the counter.......I was disappointed in the lack of cleanliness in that area. The server may have been new, but it appears she did not have a proper orientation or training. I was not impressed with the manager on duty.....even if he is having a stressful night, he still needs to be friendly and cordial to the customers. Upon paying for my meal, I was not asked how the food or service was.....and I had to ask for the bill back so I could have the info to complete this review. As there are other Shari's restaurants in the area, I will not be going back to this one any time soon.

The chef did not prepare either of our orders correctly. I ordered the Spring Spinach omelette and had maybe two spinach leaves in it, tons of cheese and it was very greasy and my toast was burnt ( this is the third time in the last two months that this has happened). My husband ordered Prime rib and eggs over easy. The prime rib was prepared correctly with the exception that is was 10oz instead of 6oz, his eggs were well done not over easy ( this is the second time this has occured). Janice the waitress was apologetic,offered to correct our orders, she is always awesome and friendly as all the waitreses are.
