The vegetables were to tough to eat the gravy on the chicken fried steak was the same as a biscuit and gravy meal it had large chunks of sausage in it not the sauce I received before also there was no jam served with the dinner rolls as before, also last time we ordered the fish and chips for the wife it always came with three pieces of fish not two like this time, the waitress was nice, but gave me my check half way through our meal so we had no other contact after that we would have ordered some pie but was not given the chance, when we went to pay the cashier asked how our meal was and I told him it was not as good as we have had before,( we have ordered this same two meals three times before and one was just last week) he said nothing not a question as to what was wrong or not even a sorry, In fact he said nothing else during our transaction, we are very unhappy with this Sharis and do not plan on returning it use to be our place of choice while shopping, sorry but you have lost a friend. Took to long to get drinks. Did not even get to order drinks until we ordered our meal. The meal did not taste good on either order was cold looked like it was someone's left overs. The toast I received was slathered with butter that did not melt because the toast was cold.

I was there with my friends and one of them ordered the breakfast sampler with pancakes. When we got our food she had gotten toast instead. When we brought it to our waiter's attention (Lynda) she took her plate and took the toast off and said the pancakes would be out shortly. She never got the pancakes. We told Lynda and she rolled her eyes and looked annoyed and offered my friend pie to go. It seemed like she was trying to get us out as quickly as possible. It also concerned us that she was nicer to the table of soccer players right next to us than she ever was when we were being served by her.
