Wewere greatwed with a smile; Waitress 'chatted" with us (having known the family for over 30 years). She made substitutions and additions to printed menu items; She was very polite and attentive to my guest ( who had not visitesd Shari's for more than a year, no known reason), we were not hurried. Everyrthing was pleasant.

The wait staff is extremely friendly, funny, and efficient. Debra, our server, is always extremely good.

Shannon my server was all any visitor to this store could ask for. Friendly, knowledgeable of the menu items and was very attentive with a welcoming smile.

I was in a hurry and I knew exactly what I wanted and the server was able to get the order in quickly without a problem
