We were greeted at the door immediately, seated, and asked whether we wanted coffee or something else to drink. The service was fast and friendly. The food was very good. All-in-all, a great dining experience.

Our waiter Greg was very polite and the service was excellent. The food was hot and the salads were cool.

I have eaten at Shari's many times and the experience has always been great. Today I picked up my order to go. The service and the food were still great.

I'm always treated with respect here. It's like im part of their family coming home for a meal. Every time I walk in I'm greeted, seated quickly, and attended to like I mean something other than dollar signs. Thank you all!

Even though they seem to be short staffed, the servers manage to seat customers, take orders, and tend to needs as quickly as possible, all with a wonderful, cheerful attitude. I don't understand why there isn't someone to cashier, seat guests and buss tables during the busy breakfast rush -- the servers do it all! Food is always good, and today I wondered if maybe there's a new cut of bacon, because it was really good and easy to eat (the previous applewood smoked bacon is always tough and chewy). Debbie is always such a pleasure to have as server, and she remembers how I like everything. She's a bright, shiny, spot in anyone's morning. This particular location would do better with more staff.

Debra, our server was exceptional, very friendly and she brought exactly what we asked with all the substitutions or extras. She was very attentive and it made for a very pleasant lunch visit while we were heading back home from our weekend getaway.

Debra, our waitress, made this visit and absolute joy! She was funny and listened as I asked for things that were not on the menu. The food took a little longer than usual but nothing that we were upset with. Thanks Debra for making this a great start to our day!
