Amanda was very friendly and made good suggestions on the dessert we ordered. I will come back because of how good a job she did.

I am always welcomed in like family. I've been coming to this location since I was a wee tot, and I go out of my way to come to this location rather than any other. The staff is top notch, always courteous and respectful, and eager to bring you in with a smile and have you go with a smile. If there is ever any issue with a meal, (as rare as it is), they go above and beyond to fix and satisfy. Deb, specifically is absolutely amazing. She is caring and attentive, always welcoming with a smile or wave when she sees me. Whenever I am tossing ideas about where to eat in my mind, Shari's is always the default because I know I will never be disappointed with service, quality, or atmosphere.

The waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu. The food is great and the prices are about right.

Our waitress Debra(57757)is the most wonderful and attentive waitress. We have been coming here for years, and just LOVE IT, when she is our waitress!!!!

My server Shannon did an excellent job and she is very pleasant. The food I had was prepared just right.

Even though we go to this Shari's 2-3 times a month, we had a new server, Ruby. Wow !! She was a delightful person that had all the necessary characteristics for great customer service, plus a warm, winning smile.

Amy provides impeccable, personal, efficient and quick service. Rudy is just as consistent in his food as Amy is in her service. There were two other servers... (they had extra staff due to another place being closed)..I was blessed enough to be sent off after a phenomenal perfect Sunday breakfast with a stack of hugs from staff.
