Awesome server, very fast and friendly

The crew member Amy made our stay here an experience to remember. Without waitresses like her this place would likely already be out of business because the interior is old, the style antiquated and the food Mediocre. When Me and mine go out to eat I am willing and able to pay top dollar for the experience and the food as a package both being very good. When the experience because of certain waitresses outdoes the food and environment that one person becomes the only reason why We would ever come back. This franchise needs to renovate and reclaim its spot as a wonderful place for food for all ages. Rather than grandmas last time out to eat. Sheris is stuck in a time warp. This isn't the classic "American Diner" look and feel because of the menu and color scheme. Sheris fails to produce excellent food because of a lack luster menu that seems to be the most cost effective selection for its owners to place. Change is good. Sadly for this franchise inevitable change will end it.

Good value for the money. We specifically asked to be seated close to the door because my husband is disabled & sometimes restaurants make him walk to far to an empty table. They accomodated our requested and we were seated close to the door. Our server was very pleasant & welcoming. However, we weren't ready to order when she first came by & then we waited quite awhile before she came back to take our order.

Amy gives good service regardless of tipping. This is unlike a waitress I reported to Mrs. Skeen 6/24/16, and don't know her name either as she never did take my order. it was late in the day on the same shift as Gregg who is always accommodating and friendly

Everytime I come to this restaurant I try to get to this particular server, and she is always very knowledgeable about menu items and specials. Debbie Kline has the best pie suggestions!

It was father's day breakfast and they were quite busy. The waitress did ask the "dad" what pie he wanted. It took him by surprise as he did not expect a piece of pie.

I had lost my favorite diner for my sunday breakfast and have been looking wasn't interested in a chain because I LOVE the vibe of a diner. However, Amy is AMAZING smiley remembers my name no need for a menu order right always quick and she is personable ~ exactly what I am looking for on a sunday morning. I now have a new place. Thank you Amy :) Leann
