For the most part i was. Until i noticed the cashier did not give us an itemized receipt. I was to recieve a free piece of pie. And i believe i was charged for it. Other than that everything was great. Im a caregiver and im starting a wednesday morning breakfast club for seniors and theyre caregivers. Your restaurant so far seems to be the best choice.

I was satisfied. I have indicated in responses to previous questions those aspects that were less than highly satisfying. Having waitress serve also as hostess and cashier almost guarantees waiting around at the least opportune times; when you are hungry and want to be seated and when you want to pay and get out.

Shari's is not a top of the line restaurant and being "highly satisfied' with a medium or low cost restaurant as yours with medium or low costs chiefs (cook to be more percised), and waiters is very unlikely. I think you do a good job with the resources you have. Just don't try to kid your self that "highly satisfied" could or would be the norm for a low cost Shari's restaurant. I go to Shari's because it is a compromise between low cost and "good" food which I am not highly satisfied but pleased overally.

Hostess Sam was ill. She was hacking and coughing while setting up tables with silverware and while also checking us out . It just made me think she was not very mindful of her symptoms. We did not witness any staff member washing their hands after cleaning offf or wiping down tables. And we did not see any hand sanitizers or hand washing stations visibly available for staff to conveniently use . It was not exceptionally busy but more actual hand washing would improve my chances of returning. Also, in the women’s bathroom the toilet covers were inserted upside down making it challenging to easily use a Toilet seat cover. Our waitress Lynn was extremely friendly and attentive.

I ordered Bacon Mushroom Quiche. The ingrediants were not cooked within the eggs, but instead simply dumped on the top. This is a change in your preperation procedure because I have ordered it in the past. I know you do it this way to reduce the preparation cost. One quiche can be cut up and topped with any Combinations of toppings, but it results in a very poor flavor experience and I would never reorder it.

Restaurant temperature Taste of food Too cold

Monday night, nearly vacant. Don't know why food took so long to serve, unless a problem with the chef. Taste was OK, just not exceptional. Wait staff was efficient and cordial, but I think the kitchen was having problems.
