We had a senior mexi skillet. The cheese was not melted on the top of the dish as it usually is. The cook and the waitress whould have noticed this and did not.

The greeter was brief and "not present", after a wait with no one in front of us. The french dip was on a soggy roll, the roll was very insubstantial, plus The Au Jus was very weak and its hard to get that wrong! The Barbecue sauce was not good.

I have been complaining about wet salt for a long time now and nothing seems to address the problem. They wash the salt shaker every night and then wipe them off with a wet cloth during the day. They should wipe them with a dry towelette and at night put them in a hot oven for 10 to 15 minutes, there is no need to wash every night. just try to quip them dry. I forgot my cafe club card at home . I did not even bother asking the manager if he could check my account and credit me for the visit today as he is not very sharp (from prior experiences) and it was no use. He also never welcomed anybody coming to the restaurant today, and we all waited until he finally paid attention to us and the people in line behind. Most likely the greater/server was not there and he had to step up! He lacks great customer service contrary to all the servers who are very customer oriented and very good. Especially Debra 57757
