Overall very nice. The entrance area is a little congested.

As I mentioned under another response, one of our steaks had a lot of gristle. We normally don,t see this at Sharis. A little disappointed this visit. We will return and hopefully not have the same experience.

floor needed attention

They have changed the type of whipped cream that they use on the strawberry waffle and the coconut cream pie. I through the pie out as inedible and the waffle was substandard. They need to go back to the whip cream that the used previously or we will stop going twice a week.

Just took to long to be seated. We were greeted but then saw staff going by without acknowledging. But it is unusual maybe they were missing employees. Then it took a while getting our coffee. Again most likely due to staff shortage.

This particular Sharis - this and the last 3 visits - while this server was sweet, and did great me promptly, it did take quite a while to take my order. This visit was MUCH better than the two prior visits (once we were literally forgotten about for over 40 min - server straight up said she forgot us, then the food served to us was incorrect, second visit very similar, but only waited about 1/2 hr. This time I only waited 10, maybe 15 minutes to order, and my food was perfect, and super sweet server, so definite improvement, but still not highly satisfied considering I was alone at the bar at 2 in the afternoon. Definitely better though!

The sandwich I ordered (beef dip) was smaller than expected and the salad was good but I would have preferred some iceberg lettuce in the salad, it was all larger leaf lettuces, but the taste and quantity was fine.

Hostess forgot to ask if my husband wanted salad Or soup for a choice for dinner.

You delete the t-bone steak from the menue

The only problem with this restaurant is the wait for seating. Some of the staff are good and others tend to ignore you. The lady who was doing the seating today was eating at a table. However Debra is the waitress I look for every time I go there as she is wonderful. She saw me and went right to work getting me seated and took my order from memory. If they all worked as hard as she does with such a positive attitude this would get my 5 star rating.
