Shari's

This Shari's is always cool or cold temp wise. The last time we stopped at this Shari's we left before sitting down - too cold. Tonight we tried it again. Temp felt OK when we walked in, but soon began to feel the cooler turn on and it was cold. I have talked to the management about this and sometimes they will accommodate, but tonight was not one of those nights. I like the crew there, but management doesn't seem to get it. We have started going to the Shari's on Martin Way, but decided to try this one again.

My husband ordered Biscuits and Gravy. The gravy was COLD. We told our hostess and they reheated the order.

The service was great. The food was tasty. The temperature of the facility was cool and the air blowing on you was cold. We moved to a different table but made very little difference.

The portion size was quite small, even for a senior order. Also we were charged too much for the pie we ordered to take home.

Eggs Benedict sauce was runny and had no flavor. Didn't even look like the right sauce. Your coffee has been terrible for the longest time. I ordered it hoping that you had changed it, but no it still is awful. Spend a little more and provide a good cup of coffee and people will actually come by and have pie and coffee and this place will become a hang out spot for young and old alike.

I have been highly satisfied with both the food and the service in the past. The food was not as good as usual, the sandwiches were smaller, and there was no fruit (which had been provided with the lunch meal previously). I appreciate it when the server requests my Shari's reward # prior to ringing up my order. This one did not, and the same person did not in the past, while others do. I don't want to have to remind her afterwards. There is no point in being a loyal customer with the card if the cashier rushes to ring you up and you miss out on the rewards.

The pie I wanted wasn't available but other than that the night was great!

I believe that something that would make this visit better would be to have a variation with the fries and a bit more speed

I'm not highly satisfied with anything, there's always room for improvement. Process are competitive but still high
