Poor attitude of server. Cashier not helpful and could not or would not answer questions about the rewards program. I had to tell her three times that I wanted to buy a pie. this was just too much work for her. Then I had to ask for a bag for the pie. This is the first time I have had problems at this store and I hope it will be corrected when next I return.

I have been a Shari's customer at this particular restaurant location for over 15-years. During the past 2-years I have seen the menu prices increase significantly while the Employee morale appears to be diminishing thereby affecting the atmosphere, cleanliness and food quality. It appears to be a management or Corporate issue. Is Shari's as a company having financial, labor or other problems?

The steak was not a good quality. It had lots of gristle.

My hand kept getting sticky. I repeatedly used my napkin to wash off the stickiness but it kept happening. I didn't realize till we were gathering up our leftovers that there was syrup in numerous places on the table and we didn't order anything that was sticky. Reported it the manager at check out and he was going to talk with those concerned about doing a better job cleaning tables between customers.

Pat the waitress is unfriendly, rude, doesn't greet customers, walks ahead of them to the table "throws" down menu and walks away as customer(S) sit I watched it the entire time I also experienced it. THis is 2nd time I have been there with her as only server. I stayed ONLY because Rudy was the chef. Pat didn't provide me with a bigger glass of water as she did others. ZERO smile or warm look on her face. I didn't take this personal as this was her way to all the customers. I watched. I knew I was going to get fast service because of Rudy.. IN fact Pat never brought me my check, asked if anything was ok or even came to refill my small glass of water. HORRIBLE... HORRIBLE.. I chose to go to this SHari's as the service has replaced my fave place that has closed the food is consistent but still doesn't come close however I am happy when I leave thanks to Rudy! Pat does NOT reflect this store however when she is the only server SHE DOES..... this gal needs to either work later in the day or not at all. I would say knowing she was going to be there but Rudy was there I went anyway because I missed Sunday. Next time I wont go I will wait! thank you Rudy...

I felt like I was rushed. The eggs were cold in same spots. I felt like I was rushed to sign my check. I have been going to yhis Sheri's for a number of years and never felt like this before. There is a Shari's few miles down the street from this one and will go to that one. a
