Heather was very attentive and courteous.

Lauryl , 214166... was spot-on as to efficiency, expedience, friendliness, and just a true five star employee during my visit on this occasion. She even found short snippets of time to not only inquire as to my well-being and family...but to share a few tidbits about how her family was doing... during her busy day. Lauryl is just a "peach"and I believe... a model employee in every way! She and her fellow wait staff members make every visit a pleasure! Jim L.

Heather is one of several outstanding waitresses at this Shari's location. She remembers us and remembers what we usually order. She's always upbeat and very attentive. In fact, the atmosphere of this restaurant is a very positive one and because of that, as well as the quality of the food, I come here an average of twice a week with friends.

The server Sami Carter was absolutely awesome. Friendly very professional very efficient. You can tell she really cares about her job and her customers. If I had a restaurant i would diffently look at her for a better position than server.

The entire staff is extremely friendly and willing to serve, even if you are not at one of their designated tables. Service is as quick as it can be on a very busy night, as on Wed. night. Food is always hot and prepared very well. Drinks are served immediately and empty plates removed quickly. All around great service. Thank you.

Samantha was a great server and very friendly.

We came in for dessert tonight and our waiter was great!! he made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed our visit. I felt bad for the lady manager, she had an unruly customer and she handled them like a pro.
