But from the customer service to the food, it was all a big disapoinyment. But my family and I knew that this your sharia in longview was awsome so we went again. And we are yet to be disapointed. Very friendly attentive waitress who paid close attention to our needs before we had to ask for anything

Our server Courtney was one of the best waitresses I have ever had. She knew the menu very well was very helpful and curteous sweet and smiled a lot. She kept checking to see if we needed anything else. She was very patient with the ladies in the next booth and never got upset but stayed very sweet and curtious and helpful great attitude. food was great and nice and warm servers were very busy but still were able to get to everyone in a timely matter even during a shift change. They all worked very well together.

It was my wife's birthday so we decided to come in and have dessert ☺ very happy with your staff!! Darla was very nice and who I'm assuming was the manager was funny and sat us where we wanted to sit so we could see our car and everyone was smiling and made our visit exceptional thank you Kelso Shari's!!
