Hadn't been served by Keenan before, and I must say he was "all over it" in a good way! Service was prompt,courteous, efficient, and spot-on! A smile, friendly conversation were included extras. Great job by an up and coming five star employee! Well satisfied on this visit! JL

Really appreciated having Michael as our waiter. He was efficient, friendly and attentive. He took our order without writing it down, which sometimes is a concern of mine, but remembered everything and when our order came out it was correct!!

We enjoy eating at this Shari's Café because it's good service, good food, and we like really like their pies. The service was especially good on our last service. We mostly go there on Wednesday's because we enjoy the free pie. We are retired and it's nice to benefit from this offer. It's always busy on Wednesday nights because of the Free Pie, but the waiters and waitresses make a point of moving it along smoothly. All in all we feel welcome and enjoy it there so much.
