staff is very attentive, we have been going there for years so they know us pretty well, always know what to bring for beverages, and know when only one shows up to ask if the other is coming just very friendly.

Trinia, the waitress made us feel very welcome. She was attentive and answered any questions we had. Likewise the manager showed exceptional customer service.

The team members are super friendly. My meal was as good as always. I frequent the silverdale sharis atleast twice a week and my service is always enjoyable.

Holly is a AMAZING and FANTASTIC! She is a great waitress she was doing such a great day! She had about 3 or 4 table making us her 4 or 5th table! Everyone was being super rude and asking A LOT! But Holly did not let that stop her she kept moving forward and had a smile on her face and was doing everything she could to make everyone happy even with people asking such unnecessary requests! Holly truely is a reason I would come back to this place! Holly keep doing what your doing! You are amazing and we hope to see you in the near future! :)
