The quality of the server is key to the quality of the experience and our was excellent.

Our server, Trina V., was very friendly, called us all by name, and knew our order preferences. She had suggestions for changes if we did not order a usual item. Trina also manages to be aware of anyone entering Shari's and greets them from wherever she is standing in the restaurant. She is amazing!
