Shari's

Kelly knows what I like and can bring it with only a few questions. She smiles and is always welcoming and pleasant. Kelly does exactly what Shari's needs to keep its high reputation.

We have been there twice now. You are always greeted when you come in. You are greeted promptly by your server at your table with water. She gets your drink order and can read your body language whether you are ready to order or not. Manager is always on the floor and very observant to what is going on in the dining room as well as in the kitchen. Don't know with this company if the management is trained like Cracker Barrel management that you are trained in all areas both front and back of the house.

The waitress, Herdelle, always make my visits pleasant. She is the main reason my wife and I return every week. Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable are the words used to describe her service.

We eat at Shari's at least once each week and one of us eats there every Sunday. Because we are frequent customers, ordering pretty much the same thing at each visit, the WHOLE staff knows pretty much what we will have. Staff is friendly, even the cooks AND the clean-up guy and restaurant manager. The all say hello and give us the "high-sign". Good food, good meat, good G**, let's eat!! Thanks to one and all.

We were super impressed with Chelsea our waitress. She is very friendly, not overbearing, got all our orders spot on and did it with a smile. She was not satisfied with my eggs and without me asking she had the cook remake them to my specifications. I have never received the quality service before that Chelsea gave our family. We only want to dine when she is working. She has a bright aura and has an inviting personality. I would recommend all your staff learn from her at all your establishments. Jordan the manager was noted to be very friendly and willing to get out and do what his staff do on the floor. He served with an friendly smile as well. Great job. We were very impressed. I hope that we can experience this over and over as we are loyal customers. Thank you.

The waitress was efficient and friendly but not overly friendly. Food was good and portions were just right for us as we are senior citizens. We were there when it was not too crowded and we could visit. The restrooms were clean but a bit small.

Have dined at the Richland Shari's since they first opened, and have always enjoyed it. The food, service, cleanliness are always top notch.

We arrived during shift change and the staff Mathy and Herdelle did not miss a beat seating us, getting us drinks and our meals. Friendly service and teamwork made this experience.

Jenny was an attentive waitress and Nelson did his normal good job cooking!
