Shari's

Our waitress was able to serve me a favorite dish of mine that had been removed from the menu.

Food,as usual, was excellent. Herdelle is an excellent waitress. She is the perfect balance of friendly and interested without being intrusive.

Our server, Herdelle was exceptionally helpful, very personable and checked with to see if everything was ok. My daughters iced tea glass was nerver empty and she went above and beyond making sure we were satisfied. I bought two whole pies to go and asked the kind and boxed them and put in a bag for me. I would never hesitate to go there again when I visit my son in Richland. I live in Olympia, WA and enjoy the food and service there as well.

We go to Shari's in Richland, WA for brunch at least 2-3 times a month. The staff is always friendly and helpful - which is one of the reasons we keep coming back. Herdelle is probably our favorite waitress, although they are all great.

As a regular at this Shari's I know most of the servers by name as they do me. So I get excellent service , not because they know me, that is what everyone gets when at Shari's.

Jenny did great and offered us a pie that were on sale this month. So we took one home.

Jennifer was our server. Very kind, and made us laugh. You can tell she enjoys talking to her guests. Thats why we go out and eat, to socialize.

Jennifer is always courteous, prompt, and accurate. I love the food, service, and atmosphere of Shari's. I have been eating there for years and will continue to do so!

Herdele is very attentive and very detail oriented. I've always received great service from her.
