one counter stool continues to have a broken back that still need to be replaced or repaired!

Mostly they are attentive to my disabled mother...

One of the stools at the counter needs to be replaced as they are nearing end of life?

The staff was very friendly and professional in both manner of service and appearance. They greeted us as we entered the door in a friendly tone and manner, it wasn't as they were robots. We were seated in an area of comfort for us, and drinks were very quickly placed. The Shift manager came around to check and see if everything was to our likening, and if the food was prepared to our satisfaction. This is a well managed and I would suggest could be considered a training location. Well done job.

I meet a person there for lunch aprox. every two weeks and we love it there. The food is good, servers are great and fun as well as efficient. we wold not continue going there if we were not satisfied.

We have become regular customers at Sharis and really enjoy the staff and food.

I like the food, the location and the wait staff! They always meet expectations! Love the menu too. You could improve the quality of your steaks and consider offering spaghetti or pork chops as a choice

Server was great, food was good, however not satisfied with the veggie patty and turkey bacon being removed from menu.
