All the servers we friendly and helped each other to serve the customers.

Team members were very efficient and friendly. They made the dining experience very nice.

We are always greeted right when we come in. The Waitress knows our order and is friendly. She is helpful when we split meals .

Server was courteous and kept the coffee pot filled.

I had performed in a concert that night and was pretty tired and did not want to make anything to eat at home. So my husband and I went to Shari's for we know we always get a good meal at Sharis. The meal was excellent and hit the mark.

Mathy is an amazing server, makes my experience enjoyable everytime!! I literally come for her service.

I was really impressed with the friendly attitude of the staff. I have been to this Shari's enough that some of the staff know my name and even remember some of my odd preferences. I really appreciate everyone there.

Asked for my soup to be extra hot and it was! Wanted to wait to decide whether to take pie home and Lynn was happy to do that. She also kept my water glass full without asking. She is a top waitress.
