We are frequent visitors to the Richland Sharis. We know the staff and the manager. Several of the staff has been here for over 20 years. They always welcome us back and remember what we prefer for our meal, no coffee, big waters, eggs over easy, etc.. They always make us feel welcome. We know that if something is not right with an order, they are great in making sure we have what we ordered. When excellence is expected, good enough won't do.

I always enjoy coming here because of your staff are always really pleasant to be around and available always friendly.

We had the waffle/strawberry it was absolutely delicious.
