Only one waitress - the other one was on break much of the time we were there. Had a long wait until we even received our drinks. The food was hot and accurate. We were all finished eating and still no refill - had to get attention and ask for it. $2.89 is a lot to charge for only one glass of drink. I did not want to leave a tip but did anyway which if service is bad I don't. I felt sorry for her doing the best she could as the only one. We would eat more often at Shari's if you offered pepper gravy or just old fashioned white gravy. I love chicken fried steak but do not like the sausage gravy on it.

The attitude and unfriendliness of the server. Never smiled and was not graceful in serving. Like...a chore to be there.

My wife ordered hashbrowns with extra gravy on the side. The meal was delayed because of this. The waiter then came out and told us it would be about 15 min. for the gravy. He brought us our meal, and brought the gravy later. He was very attentive to when the gravy was ready and brought it out right away.

We were satisfied. The only thing was having to wait a bit longer to place our order once we were ready.

The food and customer service were great but the parking for my van in a handicap space "with room on passengers side for my ramp to come out" you do NOT have. I had to park on the other side and make my grand mother walk all the way around the building just so we could then go down the ramp to the front doors. I will probably not be bringing her back there, because she can not make that walk anymore and I myself am in a wheelchair so I need that bigger parking space.

My order was under cooked. I asked for my steak to be Medium Rare. I got my steak under cooked & it was Rare. I did mention it to my server. But, I went ahead and ate my steak. Knowing the kitchen was really busy.

Not greeted fast! Took a little time to be seated. Looks like there weren't many employees.

We are always very satisfied with our service. We understand that the servers get pretty busy. We can't always expect our waitress to take time to chat.

we go to sharis at least 2 times a week and I really like their customer service. The staff is friendly and they always get my order correct
