We are always satisfied with our visits to Sharis in Richland. The Cappacino could have been a bit warmer. The soap dispenser in the women's bathroom apparently drips and paper towels were used to prevent soap creeping onto the foot traffic area.

I am rarely highly satisfied. Only Jesus walks on water. While this restaurant was not quite as good as the one I frequent in Yakima every Thursday morning in Yakima on 40th Ave, the staff were well trained and serious about their job and the food was good.

During checkout the server (52357) had difficulty using the computer screen. The computer was not responsive. This was not a server problem or her knowledge of the system. Management should replace the computer checkout to ensure no further delays. The server was very friendly and topological for the delay.

Over cooked food. Hash browns were very greasy. Upset my tummy.

The fruit at this location continues to be lackluster. The portions are small, and the fruit is either crisp from over refrigeration or beginning to rot for lack of it. There doesn't seem to be a happy median.

Was old survey coupon and mgmt could not read the $5 value printed on it.

Shari's signature bacon bits contain at least HALF RIND and FAT. I have to remove them before I can enjoy the items they are placed on! The company should do better than this!

They were out of several flavors of pie, which was half the reason we chose to eat there. So that was disappointing.

The facility is old and needs a refresh in design. A nice cost of paint and some pictures would make the dining experience better.

Pancakes weren't done enough, forgot my milk order.
