Shari's

We placed our order but took a long time to get our meal. I am not sure how many minutes but more than the usual time compared to other times that we have gone to eat there.

No reason

low quality, greasy steaks received in past. We do not order steak at Sharis now.

I like the american panini, get it every time and had great service.

The romaine salad greens were not crisp. They are usually much better.

The smoked salmon soup seemed to lack the smoked flavoring. We've always found the service at the Richland Shari's to be excellent.

Service and food was up to the standards I have come to expect from Shari's...I eat there 2-4 times a month. I save Very Satisfied ratings for when I've requested or need something that means extra effort on the part of the staff and they have delivered.

Short staffed, no place to wait to be seated, no one greeted us at first.

I ordered potato pancakes and they were the worst I've ever eaten.
