We eat at Shari's often because it's opened late which works with our schedule. We have eaten with this server several times and there is always something wrong with our order. Instead of just fixing it she always makes up some story about us saying something wrong which caused the order mistake.

had butternut soup and it was salty, have had it before and never been so salty waiter never poured water and came back during time seated and eating

I ordered hard scrambled eggs and they were did not taste like eggs. I could not eat them. I tried several bites trying to make them edible by adding salt and even syrup. It did not work and I could not eat the "eggs". My daughter ordered tea as she thought that it would be less expensive than other options, it wasn't. Chelsea and Jordan were very friendly and answered our questions.

restaurant was extremely busy, required 15-minute wait, therefore service was slowed and caused lackluster appearance in food preparation. Server claimed she returned to employment at Shari's after away for two years, she was uncertain of a menu item.

the spinach salad was not fresh, some leaves were slimy and the one cherry tomato was shrivels and soft... the salmon was dry and had what seemed like gristle through it. I've ordered this same meal several times and was always satisfied with it. This time it was very disappointing.

I always order from the honored citizen's menu. I order the sirloin steak. It is usually very good and cooked right, but tonight it was medium rare inside, but over cooked on the outside and was very hard and crusty. It was dry and lacked flavor. I was really disappointed. it is usually very very good. I had a hard time getting my fork through it. I should have sent it back but I didn't.

manager took my payment and was not satisfied with the fact that employees never remind customers if they have a sharis card and manager not making a good example of it. I constantly go to sharis and I spent 88 dollars on my meal today and was not able to get my points witch is not fair because I come to sharis a lot and one of the reasons why I do is because I get to save money through my sharis points and manager was not helpful and seemed not to care when I asked if their is anything she can do so that I can get my points she was very rude and not professional and didn't dress professional eather ! She did not look like an employee she had no uniform and definitely did not look like a manager. Sharis employees need to work on reminding customers about sharis card because if not how will new customers know

Cashier problems every time. long line of folks standing at the check out. long line of folks in the same place waiting for tables. Then my Sharis card does not seem to work...AGAIN. Didnt get my 20% off because the Mgr. could not make the cash register work...after several attempts to swipe my card he decides to hand me $6.00 refund. That was nice but not correct. I had a Macchioto free from the survey. I was entitled to 20% promotion..didnt get. Also no pts added to my card..AGAIN. Also. i didnt even bring up my $5.00 credit because that was on my card that they could not bring up on the screen. The patron in front of me used hers when they scanned her card and 20% off. This is all happening while several dozen people are standing behind me to pay or sit down. Very upsetting and not the first time either. Fix your system or dont do promotions.

I asked for the hash browns to be VERY crisp fried on both sides, they were not. The eggs on the Prime rib Benedict were over cooked and there was not enough of the hollandaise sauce. I am glad that the Prime Rib Benedict is back on the menu but it was not prepared properly this time.

We placed our order about 2:30 for a simple lunch of items on the menu. It took 35 minutes for delivery of food, with no visits or explanations from staff. This is inexcusable.
