I order t-bone and eggs. Took a long time to get our order, and what ai expect to be a prime cut of beef looked pale and old and had so much fat and grissle that probaly 6-8 ounces,of a 16 oz steak were waste. I ate it because everything was taking so long, but it was the worst t-bone I've eaten. Nobody seemed to care, that we told.

I had 2 servers. The first one was rude. It was clear she was at the end of her shift, and that she no longer wanted to be there. The second was sweet, and made the experience better, but the first server really made a bad impression that destroyed the entire dining experience. The hash browns were so burnt and greasy that I almost didn't eat them. This being the third time in the past 6 months that my dining experience at this location has been ruined by rude service, I am unlikely to return for awhile.

Requested the hashbrowns be cooked very crisp on both sides and not folded in half when cooked. This was not done, when returned came back SOAKED in grease. They were out of both tater tots and key lime pie which is what my partner always orders and why we go there.

Our greeter and our waitress were both very nice. It took unusually long to get our order taken and then over 35 minutes to get the food once the order was taken. I got up to ask about our food and then we got it within 5 minutes. The eggs and French toast were pretty hot but the hashbrowns and toast were cold. Our waitress apologized and it was very busy. I wouldn't even bother mentioning this except that the other staff seemed pretty hostile when we got up to leave, specifically the dark haired waitress in the next section. It was very uncomfortable and i believe a pretty bad response to a customer who was annoyed by slow service. I will probably stick to Dennys going forward even though i like your food better. The staff in your Columbia Center store is also very nice.

All I wanted was ham and eggs, but there was no option for this. I had to get some breakfast combination with a toast option but I didn't want anything extra so I had to get extra eggs. The size of the ham was so tiny i assumed the price would be half as much as it was.

Were came into your restaurant for the past few years and had a REAL Traditional Turkey dinner. This year the Turkey was very UN-Acceptable to be using for a Holiday meal. The beans and asparagus tastes very poorly. The amount that we paid for all 3 meals was extremely high for the quality of a Holiday meal. We look forward next year being a Traditional Turkey dinner.

My first visit two weeks ago I ordered the new " loaded fries" , neither the cook or waitress knew any thing about them. Then tonight I tried ordering them again. Yet again they were. "Clueless". I asked for country grave but brought out brown gravy. Then again it was served with no cheddar patty. It looked great tho... Yum.. How I love the staff at Richland #133

Well yes first of all I sat down with my daughter and mother for a good lunch around 145 in the afternoon. The cook did NOT PAY ATTENTION to the meat and served my mother a raw hamburger which is a MAJOR safety concern. How many raw things before us were served??? Was there raw chicken served before us? That could be very dangerous. I work in the food industry and always take the utmost precautions before I bring my customers there food. Needless to say I will never eat here again.

I wanted to have fries instead of soup or salad with a 1/2 sandwich pie combo. I was willing to pay a little extra had I been given a chance. I was told they wouldn't let me. I said I did it before and, not letting me finish what I was saying server marched off to talk to the manager. I watched them discuss me behind the counter. When she came back I was mad and embarrassed. I was told that they would sub it this time only. After I explained that I was ready to take my business down the road for their $5.00 lunch she became nicer. Then manager cashed us out, no eye contact and I had to thank him first. Customer service was horrible and the fries that I got was very small portion and were end pcs. Attitudes ruined my visit. I raised my kids as a server and realize the difficult job that they have and have never been angry enough to complain or leave a comment like this before.
