Food was way over cooked burnt food, no service after check was brought over.

the only thing awesome about my recent visit to this establishment was that my waitress Herdelle was friendly and brought my food in a timely manner, she even made sure my pie was warm. however my wife's food was overcooked the sausage was overcooked her eggs were undercooked (whites were runny) and the pancakes were crispy. this is not the waitresses fault, the cooks need to step it up back there. I'm a linecook yes it's stressful. but if you can't cook...... then get out of the kitchen.. the only reason I give it two stars on facebook is the waitstaff have to put up with the cooks crappy service. the management did not really care for my concearn didn't offer to fix the problem or anything. this location is going downhill.

I got an email saying $2 off any entree to $25 in reward dollarswas added to my Cafe Club. card valid Monday, January 16th through Sunday, January 22nd, 2017. There was nothing on it today 1/18/2017. This is the second time this has happened to me. A few months ago, I was supposed to have reward dollars added to my card and they were not. I find this most distressing. If the food and thee service were not so good, I wouldn't go back. The other thing is that I go particularly for the Chocolate silk pie and was told is has been discontinued. That is extremely disappointing and frustrating.

was greasy prime dip the bread was falling apart before i could dip the fries looked liked they were cooked in old grease could bend them in half and cold too boot they were out of everything next sunday my church shall go too dennys after they brought my friend food way before me she was near done when i got mine

I ordered strawberry crepes like the picture showed. Order was placed right. The menu was deceiving with picture and name. Order came with tasteless pancakes and strawberries. I couldn't eat them.

I've been a steady Shari's customer for over 30 yrs. Today you changed the menu, dropping about 80% of what used to be on it. You are already the most expensive place in town to eat breakfast and now you jack up your prices significantly. $13 for two eggs a strip of bacon, soggy hash browns and a sausage link... Oh! and lets not forget the "biscuits and gravy" (of some sort...). I'll eat my breakfasts at Sterling's or Denny's from now on and will encourage my friends to do the same. You pushed your luck a little too far. Also... when I complain about the food I don't expect an excuse that "I just serve the food, I don't make it". When I pointed out to her that she represents Shari's to me, as a customer... she just walked away. All this and you are expecting me to pay a premium over the other restaurants in town? Its not happening... You've lost a couple of decades long customers... permanently! Hope the "NEW" Shari's works out for you!

We waited over 25 minutes for our order to arrive. We were seated where we could see it up on the counter. When it finally arrived it was cold, inaccurate and greasy. I requested a replacement for the egg that was inaccurate and waited another 10 minutes. I then had to soak off the grease with my napkin.

After completing my last "survey" I was given a validation code. The person at the register said I had seven day to use the redemption. Clearly it states that it had to be taken within seven days. I pointed this out. Then the cashier precedes to tell me that I can order an item, except for cinnamon rolls of which they were out of. But, I would have to wait, and once I placed the order then she would see if the validation number would be accepted. Thus leaving me with a bill for items ordered if it would not be accepted. In short, the person was not familiar with the procedure. I politely pointed out that I had spent in excess of $80 during the past two visits. I am not cheap by any means, and these so called surveys are a bit bogus. This will be my last survey, and the way I am feeling at this time, my last visit to Shari's. And, during the lunch push, there was a total of 10 people in the restaurant, and 4 of those were at my table. It is hard to imagine loosing any more patrons, and Shari's just lost one. I will be cutting up my Shari's card, and will be taking my business elsewhere.

It was not busy (~10 tables had customers) when we arrived. The hostess barely made eye contact with us or the other customers ahead of us. We were seated, then it took quite a while for our orders to be taken; even longer to get my salad prior to our meal; then longer for food. When I asked for To Go containers, I also asked for a small container of extra paramasen cheese and said I'd pay for it. That never came. When I went to pay the bill, the hostess and our server were having a conversation. Our server was sharing that one of her tables had been taken and the bill paid, however the customers were still there and waiting for their bill so they could go. The hostess was aggressive and rude to the server and instead of helping her try and figure out and correct the problem, she told our server instead of fixing that problem, to take the order of a couple that had been sitting waiting for their order to be taken for just a couple of minutes. We have never had an issue remotely close to this prior; but the hostess' lack of customer service and the snail-pace of the cook's has turned us OFF to Shari's. Shame on your hostess, server and cook's this night...shame on Shari's.

I ordered hot roast turkey sandwich. Turkey was very little on top or four slices of bread. Taste was terrible and the only thing that was o.k. was the potatoes. Salad was very, very, very, small and not good. the total of the bill was $12.26. I asked for the manager but he was not there, I think he had hand surgery. I paid the bill but I was very,very mad about it. Took it home for my dog. The quality of the food and the amount has declined in the past 2 years. Our weekly group will eat elsewhere.
