Thanksgiving was a busy day and mostly sold out pies!

My Thanksgiving dinner was delivered to me promptly and all the food was hot, and arranged pleasantly om the plate

Staff was shorthanded and did an admiral job of dealing with the situation. This did however affect the normal service expectations. I also noticed that many patrons, including us, were confused by the "2 for $25" promotion. may we suggest a special menu be provided to help both patrons and staff. it is not easy to navigate the standard menu! As a patron you are required to hunt like a treasure hunt. As you will see I do have experience.

My husband and I are regular customers at this particular Shari’s (Richland, WA.) The food is delicious and the service can’t be beat! Becky is one of our favorites.she has personality plus! The whole crew works like a well oiled machine, even at the busiest times- kind of fascinating to watch!

Herdelle provided me a menu choice I was looking for that wasn't on the menu. Cooked as requested. We come back every week to enjoy her service, excellent as it is.

I love this family oriented restaurant, It delivers perfectly on the food it offers and the atmosphere a Shari's should have! Perfect as always. Krystal was great and took care of all our needs. 👍

Jordan was just fantastic with the kids! Super fast even though the place was busy. Loved the personal warmth he had when serving me and my family!
