My satisfied ranking was I ordered the prime rib dinner and order for $4.00 extra the steak house Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was alright I guess. I'm Just wondering why I paid $4.00 for it. It just wasn't any thing special about it. The highly satisfied ranking came from my server shenaya being top knotch on top of her game wonderful.. Brought me a refill of my beverage without me having to ask. Also anytime I can help myself to a serving of the butternut squash soup always put me in a happy mood. The butternut squash soup almost made up for the lack of the wow factor of the Mac and cheese.

Lena, was my server this visit and very polite and helpful. She is just great person to have in your company. Thank you, again

First time visiting a Shari's. Was pre-theater meal on way to downtown Seattle. Compares favorably with Coco's and Carrow's restaurants in Southern California where I always ate before concerts and plays in the evening. Very nice people. Very good coffee. Fast service. Good locations for me ( I live in Federal Way, WA)

I love the pies

Received good service. The restaurant was busy and half full. Our server was busy and only 1 cook in the kitchen who did a good job cooking our food. Our muffins were slightly over cooked like usual! The iced tea was horrible. Other than Those items all was well from a Shari's!

I ordered the turkey dinner, it was bland but odd thing was; I couldn't distinguish the flavor of the turkey which should have been prevalent. Also, the cranberries were left out but gratefully provided after voicing my disappointment and with a nice apology from the server. A minor oversight, I believe.

Had nothing to do with the restaurant just had a cold today so the taste of the food had nothing to do with it

It was a very busy morning. The waitress was excellent but the steak my husband ordered was not cooked medium rare - it was literally rare inside. The waitress took it back and brought another steak. This was a little better but still under-cooked.

Everything was Delicious, as always, it's just that the Chef tends to overcook the pancakes & they are way to dark, instead of a Golden Brown. Last week I returned them because of this. This week, I didn't bother to return them.
