Leina server#239002 was fantastic friendly efficient helpful.but the eggs were over cooked and hash browns and pancakes undercooked.

The fries were VERY cold. I live 2 minutes from this location so it wasn't my commute. I had to microwave them and you know what that does to fried food. Smushy. The Burger was very good but I would have liked more BBQ sauce on it.

It was alright but can be more efficient. They need to be trained with the payment system, they don't know how to use de short code for points .

Almost everything on the menue is priced the same and a very limited menue.

I asked for the scrambled eggs to be medium, not brown nor runny; they arrived a bit brown (overcooked). I asked for the toast to not be raw, and to be well-done; they arrived raw (hardly toasted; undercooked). Eggs were edible. Waitperson brought me better-cooked toast. Everything else was fine.

Seated too long before able to place order; while sitting in booth noticed a dead roach or similar bug on the floor. Atmosphere at the Kent Meridian location is much brighter and more inviting.

In the middle of restaurant where the drink machine is happens to also be where the garbage is for food waste and it's disgusting, it smells and totally gross to have to see that. MOVE THE FOOD WASTE TO THE KITCHEN not in the restaurant, almost lose appetite before can order if you have to walk past it to be seated.

Ordered the senior pot roast dish (am fairly od at 78) but got charged for soup & salad. Was going to object, but then thought that the dish was not covered. Seems to me to be confusing. And then; Why am I addressed as Anne Barisley? (Yes, that's the spelling on the bill, not Beardsley)

The portion was just right. The hashbrowns were under cooked for my taste. There was so little butter on the toast I had to look twice to see which side to put the jelly. I liked the coffee. The service was good , fast and friendly.
