Shari's

I ordered the caprese salad and it came without my arugula. I asked her if my salad was missing something. She asked the guy and then comes back saying that they were out of the arugula. Why didn't she say something like when she told us that they were out of ribs. I would have ordered something else

I ordered the capris salad. It showed a picture of tomatoes and mozzarella on top of a bed of arugula. This is not what I got. I received shavings of arugula on top. Too much oil as well. I also received a large plate with ½ of a sandwich. I suggest putting the side on the large plate or issuing 2 small plates.

My husband and I ordered the Spring Spinach Omelette. The green onions were not added, and there was very little blue cheese on top of the omelettes. Additionally, my husband's toast was not fresh and over buttered. The bacon was slightly overcooked as well. Angela, our server worked to correct most of the issues, and we had a good breakfast overall, though this visit was not as superb as previous ones. Despite the issues with the food, we will be back, as we like the environment of the restaurant, and the servers are always friendly and helpful.

Food was cold, and restaurant was nearly empty. Did not make sense.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Shari's.

Took a little long to get refill on coffee. Also food could be a little spicier

The restaurant was slow at the time that I went, and I expected warmer service, being that it was slow and all. She wasn't cold, but she wasn't warm. I just felt like another customer.

The experience was fine but we noticed that the tables, because they are formula, had dirt imbedded in the top. It is very typical of that type of surface and we did talk to the waitress about it. Just a good scrubbing with comet will do the trick. Some may be very upset about the appearance of the tables. Hopefully the next time we go it will be taken care of. Thank you for listening.

Overall, Shari's did a good job. We weren't happy with the taste of the hamburger. My wife kept wondering if the meat was ok and whether if it was bad. She said it didn't smell right and part of it was still pink inside. My burger leaked lots of water from the lettuce and what didn't drip to the plate absorbed into the bun and disintegrated the top part of the bun. My shake was good. The tater tots were over fried.

The prime rib was bland, sort of grey-looking, and not very well seasoned. Looks like it could have been a little old. Just not high quality. Disappointing because I like the idea of prime rib at shari's all month. Also one of the salads was so badly wilted it had to be sent back. This was remedied. Would also like the ability to more thoroughly substitute out carbohydrates (bread, pancakes, etc) for vegetables and protein. Sorry. Just wasn't our best visit there. The service was fine and cheerful.
