Shari's

Your restaurants are getting a little expensive and understaffed.

My mashed potatoes were part solid. Did not receive a dinner roll. My friends sausage was burnt black.

Only 5 customers there. Slow service and they didn't find the number I was given on my last receipt for the cheese sticks.

i sat there for almost ten minute's was more worried about cleaning table than serving customer and the bad part is there were only 3 customers there at that time

took forever to get our drinks after we were seated, then waited for awhile again to get our order, then when it was ready it sat under the heating lamps for about 15 mins before they brought our food to us

Will stay away from this one, but since there are not many locations convenient for me, I will end up going less often

Its all over the bill i ordered a burger and on the menu it says when you order any of their burgers on that page you can get a pie shake for $2 will first see charged me 599 for the pie shake and I explained to her the menu says it's $2 and then she takes $2 off the 599 so then I had to explain to her that wasn't correct either so I explain to her how the menu read she went got the manager the manager said all she could do was take another dollar off I said that's not how the menu says it the menu says $2 for a pie shake with the purchase of one of these burgers so the manager got frustrated and just gave me the price check for free that missing my whole point

Eggs benedict should have a velvety egg yolk run out to blend with the sauce. Both of ours were hard cooked. It was like that the last time I ordered the dish. Maybe it's a Shari's thing.

We came to Shari's for my daughter's 26th Birthday because all she wanted was Shari's Chicken Fajita Omelet, which she ordered. What was brought out to her was some sort of mushroom omelet. By the time the server came back to check on us, the rest of us were done eating our meals. The server apologized for her error (she wrote down the wrong omelet) and offered to put another order in for the correct omelet. My daughter (birthday girl) said she didn't want to eat alone and declined the offer to place another order. So, we each ordered a piece of pie and left. Very disappointing visit.

turkey was terrible,and no satisfaction with the manager,who said it was fine .offered us a portion of the bill.We said we shouldn't be charged at all for the turkey dinner,so he gave us a little more off.We should not have been charged at all for that dinner,the managers name was mike,our server was Veronica ,who was very nice.
