As the waitress was pouring drinks, she was singing. We were trying to have a conversation and her singing was distractive. My receipt showed four items. The subtotal was for $2.29 more than what the 4 items added up to be. I brought it up to the register and the cashier had to call our waitress over to fix the problem. She looked nervous. Didn't say anything just gave me a new receipt with the correct amount. Please be aware. I believe this waitress is intentionally ripping off unexpected customers. She could very easily have fixed that receipt after we left and kept the overage that I paid.

There were no high chairs available at time of service but only saw 2 within the entire facility. We stood at the front door to be seated without a timely or friendly greeting. Tables near us were seated after us but served before us even with large groups. Our table was only 2. The waitress never asked to get us refills or came back to check on our table in general. After I was forced to ask for a refill we waited until well after our meal to get it and had to take it to go. Servers were not friendly and did not even notify us when a highchair was available. My husband had to grab one and clean it himself. It was obviously used many times without being washed recently. We frequent other Sharis locations and have never had worse service. I refuse to come back to this location.

I have been going to Shari's for most of my life. Oreo Milkshake has always been available. I ordered it and then the server came back later stating she had no more Cookies and Cream pie and couldn't make the shake. But I didn't order a pie shake, I wanted an oreo shake. The prime reason for coming. It was just very strange. We ordered food and it was all average. The server was nice, and maybe the issue out of her control, but I didn't want a pie milkshake to begin with. Sharis appears to be on the decline in the region - which is sad, but if this is the new normal, I won't be back.

It seems this location has some troble getting and or keeping good help! Last time I was in the girl was new so she messed up my order, this time same girl told me I had a free piece of pie and today was the last day to get it: then she charged me for the pie? I went to the ladies room while she prpaired my pie and before she gave me my receipt, when I came out she was helping other people and had the receipt stapled to the bag with the pie: I live about 45 min away in traffic so when I got home and looked at the receipt I saw that the pie was not deducted? I called and they said bring receipt in and they will fix it, please, what is the problem! I guess I should not have trusted that she got it right and check my receipt before leaving!

My server was great it was the cook and the one doing the dishes that made my dining experence a nightmare. Our orders were messed up and returned, mine for cold hard french fries and my wifes was the wrong sandwich. The silver service was not washed properly for the main meal and when the pie was served the 2 forks were stuck together with what looked like left over pie or egg yoke. Mario our server was quick to fix all these problems and report them to the manager who was too busy dealing with all the other problems to speak to us. All said, I believe that this was the worst experence I have had dining with your restaurant. This visit has left my future plans to visit a Shari's Cafe in doubt.

It took at least 25 minutes before waitress came to take our order and then another 30 minutes when she came by and apologized for the wait. After 60 minutes she came to bring my husbands order and apologized that my order had not even been prepared yet. Did I want to cancel the order or wait to have it prepared and not charged for it. After waiting another 8 minutes I asked to have it made as a take out and she said "oh it was just put up"

When we showed up my son was there and was leaving soon as they were done with their meal. WE were sitting next to them and they left. No one came to get our order. Another table with 3 kids arrived and were seated and their order taken even before our waitress arrived. We finally got to place our order and the soup never arrived before our meal. The tomato soup was gross. It tasted like tomato sauce. Our waitress never came back to see if we needed anything else. My water was almost empty and I had to ask for more. Our table never even had napkins or silverware. Really sad about our meal at this Shari's

First, I want to point out that our server Gregor was excellent! The restaurant was short staffed, but the ones that were there were all pitching in and working together, except for one. I do not have her name but she was the only female I saw working. She was not working with or for the team. Our server Gregor waited on almost every occupied table in the rest. She would walk by tables waiting for refills, carry out boxes, etc. Next, we watched our prepared plates sit on the hot bar waiting to go out for well over 10 minutes. She walked by our food, and the table next to us, prepared food several times, at one point asked where it went, was shown, and then walked off again. Our server asked for help up front several times but got no response. So, I want to make this clear. For my server Gregor and the two males cooks, they did awesome. They were trying to keep things moving under pressure. For the female, she was useless. I will say this as well, I managed restaurants for over a decade and if I would have had an employee behave the way she was, she would have been fired. No questions asked or explaining. You always help your team, especially when they are struggling to keep up.

Two people dining , both ordered T-bone steak order took more than 45 minutes to arrive and neither order came at the same time one was more that 5 minutes ahead of the other and it wasn't complete the potato was left off and we had to ask for it and it finally was served about 10 minutes later , the steaks both had a off taste and had an excess of fat and grissel hard to cut I even asked server to try cutting it she tried and agreed , both steaks were ordered medium rare and both came well done or better ,neither of us were able to eat more than 1/3 of our meals . Manager offered $8 off and a piece of pie for our trouble ,this lousy meal still cost $33.18 of which we could not eat much of it, had to go get burgers after we left your restaurant .All this while there were less than 20 diners in the entire restaurant at only 7 pm.

My toast wasn't toasted, it was just heated bread with butter. Very greasy. Took forever to get seated, the person that did seat us said our server would be right with us and that took forever when it was dead there and their were at least three servers there and I heard the arguing about who has which area and they were talking about each other behind their back, I've been to Shari's before but this was the worse experience ever.
