I ordered no scallions due to an allergy and got scallions. The food was replaced and I found a couple more scallions while eating. I could have gotten VERY sick due to the staff's inattention. It's not like the restaurant was even busy. I didn't even get an apology when I pointed out to my server that there was still scallions in my food. I feel like I should not have had to pay after the cook took my life in his hands... $60 was the final bill because I even tipped because I'm not an animal.

The country fried steak was undercooked, and the breaking was soggy. The hashbrowns were likewise very mushy and tasteless. The pancakes were still runny in the center, overall just not a very good meal. Took about 15 minutes for the waitress to come take the order after dropping off the drink. Never did get a refill, didn't see her again after she brought the food. The manager came by about 10 minutes after I'd finished eating and asked if I needed a refill, I asked for the check instead. Paid without complaint, but I won't be back. The location is convenient to the hotel my company always uses for training trips to Kent, but I'll make other arrangements or pay for delivery.

It took about 5 minutes to be greeted and seated. Once we were seated the waitress came and seemed a bit distressed, she was in charge of almost every customer there it seemed like even though there was other waitresses. We ordered wings and a milkshake and tots and a salad. The food was very good except the bread for the salad it was cold and soggy. The granny apple shake was as runny milk and didn't feel cold at all. We informed the waitress on the situation and she took it to fix it and came back but it was the same! I did not enjoy the s conf shake and asked for ice or more ice cream because it was still very runny, she then said she would make a new one from scratch and that the temperature on the refrigerator was off only to come back with another ruined shake. She never asked to refill my coffee or drinks, she brought our food at 3 different times it was just a terrible experience. I have never encountered a problem T this sherrys before and we are regulars.

Our drinks whatever refilled even before food was delivered food was cold French toast was so cold the butter wouldn't melt burger bun was so dry we had ask for condiments, waitress knew nothing about the menu because she says that she doesn't eat there and menu was hard to read and food was unappealing. Was commented on Facebook minutes after leaving and had multiple friends also say awful things on our post about this location. we went to Denny's but parking was full so we went to sherries where no one there and we now understand why, because like everyone else they probably had a bad experience with an awful menu and food and wait staff

Cleanliness of women's restroom: hair on floor, opened packages of "something" strewn about on floor, looked like it had been there for some time. Floor looked dirty. Quality of food: HORRIBLE!

Ordered desert the pie was fine but the Milk shake I ordered was not what I had there before, it appeared to be at least 90% Milk and 10% ice cream plus we usually get the extra in a metal cup this time we did not so the amount of shake was a third of what we normally get. I also questioned the amount for the Shake of 5.99 First of all for what I received the amount was excessive and second the amount was not post in your menu I asked the waitress to show she couldn't find it either, the manager who would not come out and talk to us in person told his watress to tell us the menu was old and the new one had not been released but I still had to pay the new higher price this is not acceptable especially for the quality the drink.

I ordered an "Alaskan" Fish and Chips, what I received was more like a "Rhode Island" Chips and 3 measly little "fish finger" sized pieces of fish. Not leaving well enough alone, I was still hungry (go figure), so I ordered pie "ala-mode". The piece of pie was not even cut to the center of the pie ($3.59) and the "ala-mode" portion ($1.59) was a little ball of vanilla ice cream that was the size of a melon ball. Are you people serious? I was not ordering off the senior menu or the kids menu WTF?

Hello, we dined valentines evening, the manager who sat us, later ended up in the back cooking food with the chef. Our waitress, didn't listen to our needs, and I was pretty dissapointed. Was hoping for a decent time with my son, and thought I would treat myself to the nicest thing on the menu! The steak was strange in appearance and didn't taste good, and had fake grill lines on it, it really looked like it was microwaved. Once she brought our food out, then finally asked if we needed steak sauce or ketchup. (My son had the french fries, chicken tenders, so yes Ketchup would be nice). Then she tells me we are all out of A-1 sauce, would heinz do? I should have known once I saw the manager assisting the chef that it wasnt going to be a great experience. After arriving at the restaurant we promptly placed our order, after waiting about 30 minutes the waiter came over and said he checked on our order and they were working on it, after another 10 - 15 minutes the food came, when it was time to leave we received the bill and noticed a time on the order, upon paying I asked the manager what this time meant, he said it was when the order went in, this was 30 minutes after we ordered!!! We found out the waiter forgot to place our order, when this was brought to the managers attention he said nothing, he did not apologize or anything, was very dissatisfied with Sharis management
