Shari's

we ordered a cherry pie and pecan pie for Thanksgiving and the quality of those pies was not up to your usual standard. The cherry pie had pits and was sour and the pecan was runny. I told the manager of this problem the next day and he was very defensive and only offered me the same pie as a solution. We won't be buying pies here anymore or eating at the restaurant.

It took forever to get my coffee. the waitress took my order when she brought it to the table it was in a take out box at which point she realized a mistake was made but give me my meal as it was. Ask for more coffee again had to wait longer than I thought I should. Time to pay the bill gave her my honors card. She sets it down and doesn't use it, I ask for my change back in ones at which point she gets confused. Saturday morning breakfast before work is my treat, I have been during it for more than 18 years, at the same Shari's. This is the worst waitress I have ever seen at Shari's. If I return to Shari's and see her there I will turn around and go to McDonald's and I refuse to eat fast food. But anything is better than what I experienced last Saturday morning.
