We were exceptionally delighted and highly satisfied and delighted with the excellent customer service we were given by Helen. She made us feel so welcomed and valued . She's so friendly and accommodating . She's a great example of Sharis wonderful reputation for outstanding customer service and she's a pleasure to have as our waitress

I took my friend to dinner there. It is always so clean and I can always count on the food being good and the servers are always friendly.

The employees are always friendly and smiling. Makes for a great experience no matter which Shari's we go to. The food is reliably good, and it's a great place to meet friends for lunch, which we do often.

The server was very nice... I didn't get his name but he was very funny! When he asked what kind of dressing I wanted on my salad, I accidentally said "salad" but corrected myself and said ranch. But when he brought the salads out, in the dressing bowl he literally put lettuce and cucumbers and a tomato in it... and then he said "But... you asked for salad for dressing..." and then he reached behind me on the booth seat and brought out the ranch he had hidden from me and gave it to me... I could not stop laughing it was so funny! I think I was literally laughing for a good ten minutes after he left. Literally the best waiter ever!!! I wish I had gotten his name... but on my recite, it said server 301203 Senor... I don't know if that helps but yeah... he is a great waiter and the reason I would recommend this Shari's over others... He literally made my day!

My server Helen was really nice, and kept checking on me. The manager was really welcoming and it was cool that she came to check on me too. I love her hair, she even told me where she went when I asked about it. The herb fries are so good with ranch!
